​Country Manager of Uber Malaysia and responsible for scaling and growing the operations since launch. Launched uberX, a first of its kind product in Malaysia which provides an affordable transportation option for Malaysians who choose not to drive. In 2015 alone, Uber Malaysia aims to create thousands of economic opportunities for its partner drivers while extending safer and more reliable rides to the masses.

Prior to joining Uber, Leon was at YTL striving to bring WIMAX solutions to the masses, while focusing on bringing the benefits of 4G connectivity to schools across the nation. He has also extensive experience in Telco in-market M&A consolidation. Outside of tech and digital matters, Leon has aspirations of being a food entrepreneur and has previously dabbled in supper clubs and pop ups.
